MOTHERS DAY
Mothering Sunday is celebrated in most countries on the 4th sunday of the Lent to honour Mother Mary and now all mothers. People used the day to give gifts to their mothers and thank them for their support and love.
But what type of mother are you to your own children, are you a mother that doesn’t care, are you the one that will do anything to protect their children, are you the one that overprotect their children. Some mothers are not there when their kids need them most but some love their children to the extent of controlling their kids family and make decisions for them.
Do you really deserve that gifts received from your kids. A mother said in Genesis 27:13 13 ‘Upon me be thy curse, my son: only obey my voice, and go fetch me them’. Do you love one kid more than the other, to the level of destroying the other kids life. Some mothers will donate their children in the spiriyual world. hmmm
Today is a day of reflection for mother so that those mothers that are not fit for purpose on motherhood can change their ways.
